Brian Magor A shot that grows on you as you pick up the details, The woman is interesting but the bright lines on the bench need to be toned down so that they do not distract. Score 7.
John Larson The bright sun on the left distracts and could be toned down within PJ rules. I think the real story might be about her right leg and a shot emphasizing that might have more impact. Score 7.
Linda Speh I really like this picture. The PJ story is strong, whether it is at the zoo or just on the street somewhere. More than directions, she needs a wheelchair. She makes for a great picture. 9
Alan Thiese Welcome Back!!! More than likely she was seeking the shortest path in view of her situation. Lacks impact. Score 7.
Subhash Sapru I see some curiosity on her face, but I also see something wrong with her right leg. Had I noticed her tightening or loosening the bands of the support on leg, I would have opted for that image.7

Alex Lane- Biography
Started an interest in Photography in the late 50’s with a Kodak Retina folding camera.  Joined my first camera club ( Motor City) in Jan. 1960 and purchased my first SLR ( Pentax H3v) and went on from there. I did my own B & W as well as color printing and entered slides as well. I served in every office and am still an active member ( even though I live in Florida) . I enter Digital every month by e-mail. I joined the PSA in the early 60’s but dropped out after a couple of years ( had no idea of who to contact on getting into anything). I rejoined again in the early 80’s and served a International Slide Study Group Secretary for a couple of years and then became the Director of ISSG for about 18 years. I served as 2nd V.P and then 1st V.P. of the Photojournalism Division. As I have not been able to find any camera clubs in my area that have any competition so, I belong to a few PSA groups in order to be able to show or compete with my images.
I moved to Florida in 2001 and now print with a digital printer ( no basement or darkroom in Fl.). My wife and I travel a lot ( 5th trip to Alaska in 2007) and I use Canon equipment with Epson printers.
